Who can sign up?
Licensed healthcare and wellness businesses: medical clinics, med spas, wellness centers and telehealth practices with a licensed prescriber. Every account is verified before the first order.
Is U4 Life a pharmacy?
No. U4 Life is a technology and services platform. Your licensed providers prescribe, and licensed pharmacies in the network compound and dispense. U4 Life connects the two and handles everything in between.
Can I keep using the pharmacy I already use?
If your pharmacy is in the network, yes, and you may get better pricing on the same products through group purchasing.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness or quality before they are dispensed. 503B outsourcing facilities are registered with and inspected by the FDA; registration is not approval.
Is there a minimum order or contract?
No order-size minimums and no long-term contract. You see the total for each order before you confirm it.
Which states do you ship to?
That depends on where each pharmacy is licensed. U4 Life only routes an order to pharmacies that can legally ship to your patient’s state.
How does the AI assistant handle patient information?
It works inside your secure account, only on your practice’s orders. It drafts and answers; a person on your team approves every order before it ships.
